My 1st Ghostwriting Client

Today I wanted to share with you about How I got my 1st Ghostwriting Client.

I got my first Ghostwriting client when I was 19.

I was just writing on LinkedIn for 10 days. That’s when I got the message from him. He wanted me to help him “Build a personal brand”. He already hired writers and personal Branding Agencies. But no one was able to fulfill his expectations.

When he told me, I put myself in his situation. I asked him many questions & understand his goals. Then I sent him some of my writings. After going through it, he was convinced that I would be the right person for him.

The next day, we had a call & he “hired me immediately”.

Things began to change from that day. I was focusing on growing his account & making him an industry leader. I spent so much time researching his audience, and his Ideal Customer Persona & we built a strategy for growing his account.

When I started handling his account, the followers were around 4,000 and his content was reaching just 7,000 people per week.

But sooner, growth started to take place.

From 4,000 followers, we grew his account to 11,000 followers in a couple of months. From reaching 28,000 people per month, we reached more than 1,30,000 people per month.

We applied the same strategy to his brother’s account & we grew his account from 2,000 followers to 9,500 followers. And the reach went from 15,000 per week to 1,50,000 per week.

Both of them were invited by LinkedIn to his exclusive group & awarded “LinkedIn Top Community Voice”. They also got multiple Five-figure clients for their business.
